This issue may occur due to software of the printer or with the PDF itself.

So, to isolate the issue try to Add the PDF to print destination.

Or try to install alternate print drivers in the computer.

Question by VallieValVal: How long does the toner last in the Brother HL3040CN Colour LED printer? Or any brother laser printer?
I am well aware that I need to switch from using inkjet printers to laser printers for my small business, however I do not know anything about laser printers, and this Brother HL3040CN printer seems reasonably affordable (NZ$ 319 on sale), therefore I may buy it… is this a good choice? How long do the toner cartridges last? How many of the toner cartridges are there? Thanks!

The color cartridge (Yellow, Magenta & Cyan) have a rated page count of 1,400 pages per cartridge. The Black cartridge is rated at 2,200 pages per cartridge.

No, the scanner is what the copier uses to make copies. It just leaves it digital instead of printing it out. There is no more cost in putting scanner software in it.
